In 2019 we partnered with the international survey company, Feefo. This gave our customers an additional way to provide us with feedback on how we are doing. We continued this partnership in 2020, in a year that turned out to be far from normal and will again in 2021. Customers can provide comments about our website, the information provided, the ordering process, the shipping of their order, how it arrived and how well the product performed or just their experience in general. The requests for feedback are sent soon after we got the order but can be submitted anytime at the customer’s convenience. Feefo posts the feedback within 24 hours on our website for all to see, good or bad, and what additional action we took, if any was necessary.
In 2020 we averaged 4.4 stars out of 5 stars from over 2000 customer reviews and we again received the Gold Feefo Trusted Service Award to go with our Better Business Bureau A+ accreditation.
